Do you have any questions about our offer or would you like to make an appointment? Our competent team is happy to help you. Please read through this FAQ first to save time. If you cannot find the answer to your question there, please feel free to contact us at any time.

  • Can we find them outside of business hours?

    We are usually in the garage during normal business hours. If events or other extraordinary measures such as competitions take place, we update our calendar regularly in the online booking. Therefore, it is better for you and us if you book your bike drop-off or service appointment online to keep communication as easy as possible.

  • Do you sell bicycles?

    Yes, we sell bikes - but after a detailed consultation to ensure that we provide you with the best bike for your individual needs. We currently work with renowned brands such as Merida, Bianchi, Orbea, Norco and KU-Bikes. This means we can offer you a wide range of high-quality bikes, perfectly tailored to you.

    As a service partner for these senders, we offer you comprehensive services, including initial service and the processing of warranty services. Please note that warranty services must be paid for by you first. Depending on the agreement with the respective manufacturer, you will then receive a refund from the manufacturer.

  • Can I also bring bicycles purchased online for service?

    Yes, we welcome all bikes! We are brand-independent and specialize exclusively in service and repairs. Whether you bought a children's bike, MTB, racing bike, e-bike or trekking bike online - bring it to us and we will take care of all maintenance and repair work. Our goal is to keep every bike in top condition, regardless of where it was purchased.

    We take care of the professional assembly of each shipping bike and are happy to offer the complete service. If you want, you can have your bike delivered directly to us - we will take care of the assembly and you can then simply pick it up from us.

  • Bikefitting on-site & online

    Depending on your complaint or goal, you can book either a comprehensive bike fitting or a topic-specific fitting with us. For smaller adjustments, such as saddle optimization, we offer appointments during regular business hours or during consultation appointments at our conditions.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, card payments (credit and debit cards) and PayPal, giving you the flexibility to choose the payment method that is most convenient for you.
